An "Open" Society

This view would suggest that Societies themselves!!! have a Tripartite character.

It is sometimes said that Man's highest political end should be the establishment of liberty.

It may be that it is through facilitating some degree of "Open-ness" that societies may best hope to offer liberty to all their citizens.
